Spending a day trying different tapas is the ideal way to experience Spanish culture. Buffet breakfast. This morning you will learn to cook the most famous Spanish dishes in a Spanish cooking class (4h+1h market visit). The chef will lead you through the elaboration of a 4-course Spanish meal, which you will cook while exchanging experiences with your small group classmates from all over the globe, sharing laughter, wine, and local food to nibble on throughout the cooking lesson. Menus will vary according to season and available fresh produce in local markets, to ensure the freshest and most flavorful results, but they usually consist of two different tapas, a main dish (generally paella, either seafood, vegetarian, or chicken) and will finish with a traditional Spanish dessert.
