Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Private sightseeing tour (2h), by luxury car with an English-speaking driver. Meet your driver at the hotel and enjoy a panoramic sightseeing of the old part of Madrid. You can approach the facade of the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens, and Campo del Moro, located in the city center. The church of San Francisco El Grande, the fountains of Paseo del Prado, the Toledo Bridge, the Prado Museum, and Puerta de Alcalá are also good examples of the splendid style that is waiting for you to discover. You will finish in the Austrias neighborhood, the most historic atmosphere of Madrid where you can stroll through the narrow streets and local shops. Afternoon, you will enjoy a private tapas tour, taverns & bar experience (2h). The most inescapable element of Spanish cuisine is tapas, a small snack now popular all over the world. In all of Spain’s cities, towns, and villages you will find bars, taverns, and even entire neighborhoods, specialized in tapas. You will be escorted by a food and wine expert guide who will point out little-known cultural and gastronomic landmarks during the tour, as well as tell stories and answer queries, thus enriching, and enlivening your experience of this vibrant and flavorful city. The tour includes a visit, to tapas & wine in a traditional Tasca and tapas & drink in one of the oldest taverns in Madrid.
