There are four forms depending on the payment type:
- New Booking Form – for submitting deposits for individual bookings
- Group Booking Form – for submitting deposits for group trips (5+ or more passengers under one single card transaction)
- Fun Payments Form – for making partial payments toward a trip balance
- Airfare Form – for submitting payments specifically for flight bookings

You can check payment and booking updates anytime by reaching out directly to your dedicated tour coordinator. We’re here to provide quick, personalized support whenever you need it.
Fun Payments let your clients pay on their own schedule. There are no set due dates or late fees, as long as full payment is made at least 60 days prior to departure.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For full details, please review our Terms and Conditions.
Airfare is not included in our packages. However, we’re happy to assist with flight bookings upon request.
While travel insurance is not mandatory, we highly recommend it for peace of mind—life is unpredictable! Our preferred partner is Travel Guard, but clients are welcome to choose any provider. If you’d like a no-obligation insurance quote when submitting a deposit, simply ask your tour coordinator—we’re happy to assist.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure for all standard bookings. For private tours, FITs, or custom itineraries, special terms may apply (we’ll notify you in advance if this is the case).
Electronic travel documents are sent approximately 30 days before departure. Delays may occur if any documents are pending or last-minute changes are made. The final vouchers will include a confirmed itinerary and service details.
We specialize in fully escorted tour packages. We do not offer stand-alone air or hotel bookings.
Encourage your clients to carefully compare the itinerary. Many competitors offer “bare-bones” packages with essential services listed as optional. Our packages include accommodations, select meals, tours, transfers, and key fees—with no hidden charges. If you’d like us to review a competitor’s quote, feel free to send it over for a comparison.
No. We are a B2B company that works exclusively with travel agents. Your clients remain your clients—we don’t store or contact them directly. Any direct inquiries are referred back to our partner agents.
We offer an industry-leading 15% commission per person booked. Commission is typically paid within 2–3 days after your clients return. For agents working through a host agency, payments are sent directly to the agency. Independent agents can receive their commission by mailed check to the W-9 address or, if preferred, via electronic payout by submitting banking details to your tour coordinator.
